Buying from us
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of adulthood where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must place the order for you.
How orders work
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We send you an email to confirm we received it. A contract between us starts when we ship your order and email you that it has shipped.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency on our website at checkout. We can change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you placed your order. You pay in full at checkout, through the payment methods we offer.
Prices for orders to the United States and the European Union include import duties and taxes. For other countries, local customs may charge duties or taxes when your package arrives, and you pay these. Our Shipping Policy explains this in more detail.
When we may cancel an order
We may cancel an order, fully or partly, if:
- The product is out of stock.
- There is a clear mistake in the price or product details on our website.
- We suspect fraud or a payment problem.
- The order looks like it is for resale, for example many units at once.
- We can't ship to your address.
If we cancel your order, we refund you in full to your original payment method.
Our products and how to use them safely
What you're buying
Our sleep masks are novelty products, made for sleep and for fun. They are not medical products and are not made to treat any sleep problem.
Photos and videos
Our photos and videos show the designs and the kind of fun people have with them. Some of them are created or edited with digital tools, including AI. The product you receive is the mask described on the product page. Its colors and print may look slightly different from what you see on your screen.
Using the mask safely
- You can't see while wearing the mask. Never wear it while driving, cycling, walking, or doing anything where you need to see.
- Keep it away from babies and young children. The strap can be a choking or strangling hazard.
- If your skin gets red, itchy or irritated, stop using it.
- Follow the care instructions on the product page or label.
Pranks are your responsibility
The joke is that you look awake while you sleep. Where and how you use the mask is up to you, and so are the results. That includes naps at work, in class, on public transport, or anywhere you are expected to stay awake or alert. Please use it in a way that is safe and doesn't harm or scare anyone.
Shipping, refunds and privacy

- Refunds: our Refund Policy explains when we replace or refund an order. Because the mask is worn on the face, all sales are final unless your order arrives damaged, faulty, wrong or missing. Customers in the EU and UK also have a 14-day right to cancel, as explained in that policy.

Our content and your posts
Our brand and designs
The Crazy Eyes name, logo, mask designs, photos, videos and website text belong to us. You can't copy, sell or use them for business without our written permission. You can share our posts and links to our website as normal on social media.
Filming yourself with our masks
We love it when you film yourself with our masks, so go ahead and post it. If you tag us, we may ask to share your post on our social media or website. We will only share it with your permission.
Reviews and comments
Reviews and comments must be honest and about your own experience. We may remove ones that are fake, offensive, spam or break the law.
Using our website
Please use our website only to browse and buy. Don't try to hack it, overload it, copy large parts of it with bots, or use it for anything illegal. We may block anyone who breaks these rules.
Our website may link to other sites, like social media or payment providers. Those sites have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Our liability and your legal rights
As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for:
- Losses we could not reasonably foresee.
- Indirect losses, such as lost income, lost opportunities or damage to your reputation.
- Anything that happens because of how or where you chose to use the mask, including pranks.
- Delays or problems caused by events outside our control, such as carrier problems, strikes, bad weather or natural disasters.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it. That includes death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and fraud.
Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live, including your rights if a product is faulty. If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies.

If you have a problem, please email us first. Most problems can be solved quickly by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, where we are based. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of the country where you live. You can bring a claim in the courts of your own country, or in Lithuania.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on our website when you placed it.
